I think I am afraid to be happy because whenever I get happy something bad always happens.

Some people perceive that whenever they become happy something unfortunate happens so they are afraid to be happy and as a result of that fear they become gloomy and they do not share their worries with others and they become depressed.

People who suffers from diabetes can be treated by either psychologist or a doctor.

When a diabetic person who is depressed due to some reason, feels himself alone and start hating himself too and give less importance towards him he also does not take his medicines on time , he does not take care of his health and remains aggressive all the time and because of this the condition get worst. If the depression is not being controlled and not given the right treatment to the patient then the state of a patient will be not perfect.

The problem shared is the problem halvedIf you are a diabetic patient then you should take proper treatment and consult the doctor or psychologist as soon as possible. It is because instead of worsening the situation you can make it better just by sharing and discussing it with your loved one but if you cannot share it with your relatives or friends then feel free to talk to the doctors because they will not let you go without giving you solution.

So the only solution to the problem is to share it.
