Anduroni takhne se 3 ungle upar unghote se dabao barhane aur phir hata daine ke is amal ke dhurane se aiyam se phele ki taklef mein mubtila har khatoon aram pa sakti hai. Ye ek be zarar aur sehal ilaj hai.
